Laser Additive Visit.

Once again the wonderful Laser Additive Solutions opened their doors to provide some of our students with valuable work experience.

During the placement students experienced the following:

Health and Safety briefing

Introduction to Laser Additive Solutions: Company history, overview of services, and staff roles

Guided tour of the facilities

Insight into the LAS Degree Apprenticeship

An opportunity to speak with a recently qualified Project Engineer

Work shadowing experience – a chance to observe real-world applications in action

Q&A session with the Director. 

Our students have been alongside industry experts applying their classroom knowledge and pushing their employability skills to the next level.
