Term 3 has got off to a great start for our Year 9 Engineers, with a practical sand-casting workshop, delivered by United Cast Bar Ltd one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of cast bar. Students are now tasked with designing and manufacturing their own moulds using the valuable knowledge gained about the process. We look forward to seeing their final cast outcomes later this term!
